Because at its core, this work is so much more than taking photos - it’s about changing the way families feel when they see themselves (which starts behind the camera with the way we see ourselves).
We're here to redefine what family photography stands for. To turn photo sessions into actual experiences for families that restore presence, invite play, and honor the beauty of real life - messy, emotional, and honest.
With 2 decades under my belt, my mission is to raise the standard of our industry - to help my fellow family photographers create careers built on a foundation of meaning, sustainability, and genuine care for our communities.
I believe the future of photography isn’t about chasing trends. It’s about slowing down, leading with empathy, and creating from truth.
Because when photographers reconnect with their own creativity, families reconnect with each other.
And when families reconnect, we heal something much larger than ourselves.

MENTORING and EDUCATION
Every photographer who works with me learns to lead both their sessions and their business with curiosity, presence, and care. Because our work doesn’t exist in a vacuum — it’s all connected. How we tend to our bodies, our nervous systems, and our relationships shows up in the art we make and in the energy we bring to every family we photograph.
My approach to mentoring is holistic - part practical strategy, part emotional stewardship. We explore posing and client dynamics, yes, but we also talk about boundaries, confidence, energy, and self-leadership. Because when you learn how to take care of yourself deeply and show up with grounded energy, families feel it. They relax. They trust you. And from that place, the most beautiful, healing images are made.
